Hello all, Check out this website, and let me know what you think. www.mercuryvapor.comIf you go to the "Mercury in the News" section you'll find an article (from Canada if memory serves) about a dentist who, after becoming enamored with mercury, brought a bunch home and contaminated his entire apartment building. The poop hit the fan when the dentist died in the hospital from, surprise, surprise, mercury poisoning. Are dentists simply not told how incredibly poisonous and dangerous this substance is or WHAT IS THE DEAL?!?!

Hey thanks for sending that. That does not surprise me in the least. I become repoisoned anytime I enter a dental office and the effects are long term and insane. On top of this, I heard about dentists who go home and the exposure of mercury during the day in their office, ends up all over them and then builds up in their home.
It is unbelieveable and tragic. I do not know why the so called mercury free dentists continue to REMOVE mercury in their office, when it is a neurotoxin and they are well aware of hte dangers. They should not TOUCH the stuff and anybody who wants their amalgams replaced, there should be seperate places or areas to have this procedure done. People who have already had their amaglams out, should not have to walk int a biologic mercury free dental office and become re-exposed to someone else's mercury vapor. It is ridiculous.

The ADA knows mercury is dangerous, but alot of their $$$ and stocks are at stake if they admit to it-. They behave just as the big cigarette companies that keep saying that there is no proof that tar and nicotine in cigarettes cause lung cancer. If they permit dentists to have separate rooms to remove metal fillings, etc, then it is like admitting what they already know -but dont want the public to know about mercury.
