I got my only one filling removed two months ago. i suffered chronic fatigue for almost tow years. I always drink lot of milk with whey protein. i don't feel any uncomfortable with it. but i read some posts here saying milk is not good for geting the mercury out of my body. Should i stop drinking milk?? i am currently taking those detox supplements. thanks,

I do not drink milk but used too. I did not think it gave me any effects until I stopped drinking it and then I realized it was giving me problems. You can try and see if you feel better off of it. Or you can add probiotic and digestive enzymes to help your body handle it better. I use soy milk and a protein powder as well as chicken. So protein is not an issue without the dairy. But dairy does contain hormones, antibiotics. Both are not helpful to anyone. However, drinking the milk is a personal choice. I would say if you really are set on it, go for organic milk at least.

Sounds like experiment time. Try going off for a week and see how it affects you, how you feel. Then you'll be able to answer the question for yourself.....maybe.

Hi.
I have Rice Milk. There is some controversy over whether soya is safe - in any form, but especially for mercury toxic people. First, there is some debate over whether the quick processing of the beans adequately removes all toxins. Secondly, soya contains phytoestrogens, and a lot of mercury toxic people have high estrogen already, and thirdly, it's said to contain aluminium.
I took soya milk for a week, and didn't react well (although I had soya ice cream aswell and some soya products). I got palpitations and other things. I haven't noticed that with the Rice Milk, and I don't believe there is any controversy issue, but I might just not be aware of it. But, it is mostly a carb drink, however it tastes so much nicer than soya, in my opinion.
Don't know if this is any use, maybe someone else can elaborate? It would be useful to me as a vegetarian to have some soya in my diet.
Rice milk is more expensive than soya, however, but I have seen recipes onliine for making your own. I have tried Oats mik aswell as goats milk and RIce is defintiely the nicest tasting, imo. There is also Quinoa milk, but that is very expensive and I haven't tried it. There is also White Sun, which is pea/sunflower protein, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere here, which is a shame as I'd like to see if it's okay.
I currently have organic Rice dream. Some of the rice milks contain rapeseed oil, and I've also read there is some debate on the toxicity of that.

PS I've also read that soya can effect the thyroid. I will see if there is some articles online.

I have a video where Dr. Haley says that studies he's seen say that people who consumed milk stopped excreting mercury. They don't know what causes this, but it's a solid, repeatable phenomenon.
Bottom line, if you are detoxing mercury, avoid dairy.
About soy...
It seems to be coming to light that soy products are consistently high in aluminum. Aluminum is known to be extremely toxic to those who are already mercury toxic.
Hope this helps.
