I had my fillings replaced 6 months ago, and now I'm taking 30mg of ALA every 4 hours to pull mercury out of my soft tissue, and I believe it's working as I can "feel" the trationally weak areas of my body more -- I'm assuming this is because the mercury is now swimming around in those areas and my central nervous system is quite aware of this.
However, it appears I need something to bind to this newly released mercury. I'm taking a substantial amount of garlic with the ala, as I heard that can bind to mercury, but I get the feeling I need more supplements/etc to help.
So, can you recommend anything, apart from align, that I can take to help bind to this newly released mercury?
