Over the past 5 years I have gotten a slight rash on my left calf at times (not very often); ie mostly was just red in a area and itched alot ...
In the past 2 weeks I have been using a sauna at my local YMCA and I noticed this rash alot more.
Rash - Is a little over a inch in diameter with a smaller white middle and red on the outside.
I'm wondering if this perhaps this was a spot of a 'immunization' or some other shot. And that perhaps the sauna is bringing out some old toxins.
What do you think? or has anyone else experienced something like this before.

I posted this on another post recently so I hope I'm not being redundant, but...
Mercury loves to exit the body via the skin, which is the best way to get rid of mercury. When it leaves, rashes are very common.
