Hi Russ, I would like to start taking chlorella with cilantro and algin. On my bottle of chlorella powder it says to take 1tsp per day, but on some websites theyre saying 4 tbs per day, this seems alot, what do you think? Thanks Dawn.

Probably depends individually on what you should take ...

I remember reading some info about the amount taken awhile back but cant remember exact figures off hand.

Best guess would be to start out with a low dose for a bit see if there any issues then slowly work your way up. Also using 3 doses at least is better then taking it all at once.

I have some chlorella tablets and I usually take 6-12 at a time 1-2x a day but then again I'm 5 month post removal and am different physiologically then you.

Cilantro is the same thing; make sure you start out small; for me when I take it I get a fuzzy feeling in my head (front part); and after a bit like 45 mins I think take some algin to help with the removal process.

Here's what I would do...

I would take 1 and then increase to 4. Increment by 1 each week. If you start to feel bad, move back to the previous dose level and stay there.
