I didn't experience any euphoria the day I got my fillings removed. About 3 hours after getting back from the dentist I noticed a familiar dizzy feeling. Later that day I felt extremely depressed and edgy.
I went to a proper dentist for the removal too.

Yes, I'm almost at 4 days since the removal. I'm getting the same effect, I feel like I'm going more down hill.

Just hold on during this rollar coaster ride and make sure you're taking plenty of Vitamin C, E and, of course Algin.
Congratulations on your removal.
Keep us posted.

Thanks, I kinda wish I would have tried algin early. I think I will order some. The only thing that worries me is how it can take out zinc. Is this anything to worry about?

Algin, like any dietary fiber, could potentially reduce the absorption of vitamins, minerals or medications "IF" you take Algin at the same time.
The best way to avoid this potential is to take Algin at a different time than when you take your other supplements or medications. We try to take Algin about a hour away from other supplements. You can take it on an empty stomach, so in-between meals in often a good time.
I take my supplements with my meals, then I take Algin in between meals and/or first thing in the morning or late at night before bed.
Hope this helps <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
