I only had one, but have had many in the past. About 3 hours after getting back from the dentist I noticed a lot of dizziness (a very familiar dizzy feeling), but I think it's clearing up.
I still don't see how I can do chelation if selenium makes me sick. Any ideas on my bad selenium reaction?

Try eating a few brazil nuts a day for selenium. The natural form in brazil nuts may not make you sick.

I actually considered this, it's a very good idea but they have 0.5 mg of copper per dose which is pretty significant. Andy Culter recommends avoiding copper.
Good thought though.

I was getting gray and kept it under control with copper while my amalgams were still in. A couple copper caps per day and my gray was gone in about 5 days. Pretty amazing.
I'm under the impression after reading different sources that not everyone who is mercury toxic will be negatively affected by copper. Only some.
