I just went up to 100mg every four hours this weekend with the ALA. No bad physical side effects or headaches. But I have noticed that I have intense dreams. And in the dreams I appear to be a little more "edgey" with the people in them. Has anyone had this experience?

I've read of similar experiences, but can't say I've experienced that myself. Glad to see you are tolerating ALA well. I also seem to be tolerating it well. A few people can't seem to manage with anything above 5mg-10mg doses. I'm on 50mg at the moment.
The dreams might be intense because quite literally, mercury is being removed from your brain and it is slowly beginning to function better than the day before. This intense feeling in dreams might just be how normally they used to be for you - but when you're ill for years, it's difficult to even remember what feeling 'normal' feels like.

Intense dreams often occur when mercury is combined with B vitamins or sugar or caffeine. When my amalgam fillings were still in, I had to avoid these things within 12 hours of going to bed, otherwise I would have horribly vivid dreams and wake up exhausted. After my removal, it didn't matter what I ate. My sleep was perfect every night. For those who haven't seen it: My Chemtrail StoryMy Mercury Story

I think that I will cut back to 50mg for a while.
