Hello Everyone. Thank you for your patience while we have been getting this "poker" spamming issue under control. Ironically, the spam posted a URL—actually a whole series of URLs—that don't even exist. They were using a spam-bot network that spans the globe from China to Sri Lanka to South Korea by hikacking dozens of servers (Internet computers that serve web pages) to mask their efforts. We even found a school district (Syosset School District) who's network had been hijacked. We have notified them. Nevertheless, they are now blocked and we have built a small customized filter to keep them out for now. To prevent this kind of problem in the future, we're going to be adding a protective feature in the next couple weeks that —whenever you post a new message—requires you to put in a sequence of letters and digits generated from a graphic that is only human-readable. You've probably seen this kind of technology before as it's becoming increasingly popular as a protective measure against automated attacks. Thanks for your patience and keep up the good work communicating and sharing the important information you do. I've been off for a while because I'm currently preparing the next release of our herbal software called HART On CD: http://herballure.com/vp/hocdOnce it's released in about 10 days or so, I'll be back. Take care

Oh, well, at least it doesn't happen too often - or does it?
Animals feel pain & suffering just as we do, and they value their lives as much as we value ours.

No, not too often. It's a lot more work than people realize, however. I hope people really benefit from the forums.

Russ, these forums are a godsend. The info we get here I would never have gotten anywhere else. It has really helped me right from the beginning - even to knowing that mercury was my problem and what to do about it. Thank you so much - and Laura too.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We appreciate it and often need it.
We work nearly every waking hour of every day (although we've been trying to take Saturdays off lately), people have no idea how long and hard we work and how little we make in return.
I'm glad to be getting the word out about mercury because I personally believe it is the single largest cause (ACTUAL CAUSE) of disease in the United States. From diabetes to heart disease to ulcers to vision issues to migraines to obesity to fibromyalgia to autism to alzheimer's to balding to blood pressure issues to thyroid issues to osteoperosis to depresson to panic attacks to auto immune diseases to sleep disorders to allergies to bronchitis to irritable bowel syndrome to candida to obsessive compulsive disorder and many more diseases. Mercury is not the only cause of these diseases, but I believe it is by far the most common cause.
I hope everyone who has discovered the issues with mercury will tell everyone they know and this forum is my attempt to reach out for that purpose.
Thanks again for the kind words and keep up the good work helping people on the Internet.
A BIG THANKS!

Dear Russ,
I want to say that over the past year, this forum has pretty much saved my life! You and Laura are a wealth of knowledge and I feel that you have both been there for me throughout my detox journey. If it wasn't for this forum, I would have thought I was mad, honestly. But finding you was the best thing that happend to me since my mercury poisoning, and I appreciate each and every one of your replies to my many emails and posts.
Your advice has been very valuable and I think a key for my recovery (which has been a slow one, but nontheless, I'm getting there).
Thank you Russ and Laura for everything you have done and continue to do, not only for me, but for uncovering the truth about amalgams. Great job!
p.s. Algin rules!

Just to add with my own words of gratitude: your work here, Russ and Laura, does not go unappreciated. Many thanks for taking the time to upkeep this forum which has proven a useful outlet for us all. Cheers!

This forum is changing my life for the better. Thank you Russ and Laura!!! As soon as I persvade someone that his/hers problems could be (must be) to mercury amalgam, this would be the only site I would refer them to.

Thank you all for the kind words.
Despite not having a life outside of work, it makes it all worth it when people say "thank you".
I'm glad we have such a helpful and knowledgeable group of people who are willing to help others. That's what it's all about.

Yes I appreciate what you and Laura are doing very much. We are all so tired everyday from people making fun of us, trying to find answers, and all the other that comes with hg toxicity that it is so nice to have a place that you can go and get answers and reasurance.
Thanks very much!!!

You're so welcome!
One day, we will all be vindicated when the truth finally comes out.
Arthur Schopenhauer, the 19th century philosopher, said:
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident".
