Garlic is great! Licorice I have read on too! Can't it raise blood pressure though? I will add OLIVE LEAF and TULSI to that, Some say Tulsi is an adoptogen and should adjust your immune system as some is in overdrive and some are lower! Tulsi would add there too, look that up. Garlic is the king of Herbs though, no doubt at all! How do you take your Garlic? I want to get into that and have been wanting to for a long time. http://www.ehow.com/about_5197479_uses-tulsi-plant-leaf.html

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Licorice root can raise blood pressure, especially if used in excess. Those who have high blood pressure should avoid it. Many here have low blood pressure though. Sometimes I eat raw garlic, but sometimes I just use the powder.
Cayenne is also great for boosting blood flow, boosting metabolism, and fighting parasites. Cloves is great for fighting candida and parasites.
I mix curry powder with clove powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder, cinnamon, and black pepper, and often sprinkle plenty of this on my food.
