Since i was consumed by severe anxiety a few months ago i searched high and low for some answers, this before i found out that its the mercury poisoning.

One thing i found to be a great help and something that STOPPED my panic attacks in there tracks is something called the Linden method by a guy named Charles Linden. I think all his anxiety was caused by the amalgam but dont think anyone has ever told him. He has however come up with a way to stop panic attacks (SERIOUSLY) and curb anxiety. This really helped me get through my darkest hours with this problem.

He has also helped thousands of people with phobias, OCD etc. especially agorophobia.

Check it out on the net and see if its for you, it really works i promise, i tried everything. I still get anxiety sometimes but im getting much better and my panic attacks are a thing of the past.

I looked it up and couldn't find a price and then went to amazon.com and my goodness no wonder they wouldn't tell you the price- $177.00 was the cheapest I found. Did you buy the book or find the info somewhere else?

An Ideas About Celebrities....

I have become aware of several celebrities who have suffered with panic attacks and depression and have many amalgam fillings in their mouths.

Let's email their fan clubs and see if we can raise awareness about this issue.

Also, Michael J Fox has health issues that I believe are associated with NutraSweet (Aspartame). He drinks a ton of diet soda.

TGoss, since it's so expensive, do you think you can tell us what you do before or during a panick attack? Do they recommend any type of herb or method?

Its not a just a book its a series of audio cd's that they can send to you that includes a book and a dvd aswell. I was also shocked at the price and could'nt really afford it so i emailed them and they gave me such a nice discount in exchange for my story weather it helped or not, they really just want to help people that suffer with this debilitating disorder. Im sure if you email them they will do the same for you. Please get this if you can it is so empowering. I would love to tell you what you do before a panic attack to stop it but i would probably spend a day writing. P.S they only reccomend changes to your diet which most of us have already firgured out because of the mercury, no magic herbs to cure panic or anxiety.

Michael's Parkinson's is a bit odd. I did an report on him and the disease in college in 2000. It seems he suddenly came down with Parkinson's after making a film in a remote location in Canada. Not sure what he was exposed to there. But I can guess the soda isnt ' helping it.
