Hi, It's been 4 years, and things are definitely much better than they were. For the last year, I have been on rounds with just ALA 250mg every 3 hours for 3 days. I go on a round whenever the symptoms ramp up enough, which seem to happen about once a month. This brings symptoms back down to almost un-noticable level. Recently, I began taking a product for increased energy. The product works as intended, but something in it seems to mobilize mercury as evidenced by ringing ears, sore tongue, irritability. Here is a list of the ingredients:
Citrus Bioflavonoids - 400 mg Chrysin (Passiflora caerulea) (flower) - 250 mg Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (root) (95% Curcumin) - 100 mg Quercetin - 100 mg Indole-3-Carbinol - 100 mg Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) (leaf) (2% Ursolic acid) - 75 mg Nettle Extract 1:10 (Urtica dioica) (root) - 62.5 mg Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) (floret & stalk) (0.1% Sulforaphane) - 50 mg Black Pepper Extract 1:5 (Piper nigrum)(95% Piperin) - 2.5 mg
The Question: does anyone here know which of these ingredients is mobilizing mercury?
Thanks!

"ringing ears, sore tongue, irritability. "
Sounds like you may be getting a candida die off reaction. I guess the turmeric and black pepper are killing plenty of candida. Some of the other herbs are probably also antifungal.
