fwiw this is the exact protocol andy (the guy here everyone worships) warns strongly against and the one that contributed to myself ending up in a psych ward. Very likely to cause weird odd symptoms and then making the whole healing process a hellevu lot harder (depending on how sick you are i guess) my two cents good luck

I want to adjust these dosages so they are more user friendly. I am thinking or breaking the ALA up into smaller, 3 hour dosages. Also, break the drops up into dosages coinciding with the ALA.
Can someone please help me with this?
I am not taking anything today.
I want to try and avoid taking doses around work days as a panic attack at work would be horrible.

First of all, have you had all your amalgam fillings replaced? Before starting on ALA, it is a good idea to take DMSA alone(every 4 hours 3 days on 4 days off) for a few months. If you don't plan to use DMSA, then at least wait a few months after amalgam removal before starting ALA. A good starting dosage for ALA is 25 mg every 3 hours for days, then take 4 days off. After doing this for 2 weeks with minimal side effects, you could raise the dsage to 50 mg,

If someone who is mercury toxic starts with a 300mg ALA dose, they will probably feel very sick.

Had the amalgams out 10 years ago with safe protocol. Did a little bit of detoxing at the time too. I am going to look into getting some DMSA and starting over again in about a week. Got to time this detox away from work days. I'm so scared.
