anyone has experience with Probiotics while chelating? I have mercury/lead poisoning but I also have candida in the gut. Should I take a probiotic to manage the yeast or just chelate first?

I have heard that probiotics/bacteria (even good) can methylate mercury and make a dysbiosis situation worse. I don't know what to think about that. I've had differing reactions from them. I am honestly uncertain. I think like anything, people have different responses and sometimes the only way is to do a trial run for yourself. I'd go easy though because the reaction can be dramatic after awhile of taking them and you get hit with die off or (displacing of bacteria/yeast). I've had that happen and it made me really sick because my body could not eliminate what had been stirred up/released. Took awhile for that to calm down. But then I have big issues like this anyway and that does not mean it applies to everybody else.
They can be most helpful in candida situations and may well help a gut situation. In helping your gut, you help the liver too, and in doing that, you're in a better situation to deal with mercury. The problem is if your body is like mine and isn't keeping up with the release of toxins that you get when good bacteria competes with the bad. However, they maybe better tolerated than aggressiv/strong antifungals.

You need to do something to control candida while chelating, otherwise candida can really flare up and make things worse.
There are a number of different antifungal formalas you can use, or else eat one section of raw garlic after each meal.
