Hello everyone. I am 23 year old male and have had my fillings put in about 8 years ago (both silver and white). For the last decade I felt that something was wrong with me. I didn't know what though but I seemed to be unambitious, depressed, and was developing at a slower rate than my peers. I've searched and searched only to find something that I could temrorarely blame for all that's been going on with me until doubting everything and settling back where I started. Now as I ran into this issue I am once again motivated to help myself. I have several questions and if anybody can answer some or all of them that would be of great help to me and appreciated. For my first question I am wondering if all dental silver fillings put on by the dentists leak out mercury? If that's so then shouldn't everyone then remove their silver fillings at least ideally? Also I've read that some white fillings also contain mercury. If that is so then how can I know which teeth have been filled with mercury and which ones were not or none of them were filled? All that I can see right now is the silver filling on my lower jaw back tooth. It's quite a sceene. Now that I look at it I sence that the metal should not belong in my mouth.

Hi, I'm the same age as you and I had my amalgam fillings inserted when I was around 10. I would recommend replacing your fillings at this age as your body's at it's prime (even though it doesnt feel like it) and thus you should recover quicker.
I had my fillings replaced with white fillings and I feel a lot better. So I can only assume there's no mercury in them.
The seeping questions is one I've thought about. I know people with amalgam fillings who seem fine. This is either because their body's strong enough to cope with it, or it'll affect them in time, or their fillings aren't leaking. I don't know.
Feel free to pose any other questions.
I had three fillings replaced. I'm now, after 3 months, starting to feel a lot better.

hi! alot of folks have metal fillings and think they feel fine, because they think it's normal to get migraines once in a while- or get yeast infections, sinus issues, etc.
these are things everyone is taught as being normal- because most folks have mercury in them one way or another- wether from childhood vaccines or metal in the mouth.
Some people start experiencing really dramatic symptoms out of nowhere--- (even after years of just a few small symptoms) after their metal fillings start to chip or get scratched , etc.
Hot drinks, crunchy foods -including chips, , dental teeth cleanings, soft drinks, acidic foods of any type, all make the metal fillings vaporize out more methyl mercury than normal.
Otherwise, they still vaporize out methyl mercury from normal chewing and saliva and this quietly builds up in the gum tissues and the rest of the body . By your 30's, you may start noticing symptoms if you dont in your 20's.
In my case, I had symptoms all my life--even at 15 years old. I didnt need glasses until the year after my first metal fillings were placed.
My entire family has 20/20 vision and doesnt need glasses, The only ones are my sister and I - and it was right after we had metal fillings put in.
I dont regret getting them all out this Summer-- I did it two at a time and it was the best decision i made in my life.
I highly reccomend getting them out when you can- because the earlier you do it- the more your body can REALLY rebound even more than us older folks. Not to mention -- the way our economy is going these days, I'd rather do it now while you can scrounge up some cash or the loan interest rates are still cheap enough yet.

Hey Steve I have some q's. What were some of the simptoms that led you back to the dentist? Also do you know if there is a way to figure out whether the fillings you have contain mercury or they don't. For instance the one filling I have is silver, the otherones I can't even see since they are not silver but tooth color so they invinsible. So what I am asking is this "Can you identify the mercury fillings in your mouth by going to dentist for example?" And for the last question - I don't get it when you say that my body should recover quicker. What, is there lots of dangers with having your fillings removed or something? Thanks ahead.

Hi Boldyloxx. Very interesting info. Do you know if it's possible to get mercury out of your body. Say I have the fillings removed but did the accumulation of mercury from wearing the the fillings till that moment will remain in my body for the rest of my life or it will not? What about vaccines? By the way my vision dropped to -4. I know suspect the mercury being the cause. And also what is there to regret with getting the fillings out other than the cost? Thanks for the advice.

Hey Steve I have some q's. What were some of the simptoms that led you back to the dentist?
I started off just wanting to get rid of my severe acne. I also had hypersomnia, lethargy, IBS, general depression and muscel aches. (I couldnt even get enough energy up to go out with my friends. When I did go out I couldn't sit on backless chairs as they required too much energy on my part. When I was sitting on the sofa at home I was more lying than anything else. I just had no energy). These are all ills where there are no cures. Doctors can't really help. Nore will they, or dentists, for the most part anyway, believe in amalgam poisoning. All these symptoms seem to be the result of a low immune system. If this is true, why are our immune systems low? But my main cause of concern was getting rid of my acne. I tried liver flushes which worked amazingly, but after a while my acne and lethargic feelings came back. It was like something was dragging me down again. I eventually stumbled upon mercury poisoning. I was convinced it was true after doing the following. I did a fast for three days (i really don't recommend this if you've got amalgam fillings) and then inserted various things in my diet to see how they affected me. Tap water, of all things, affected me the most. In such a way I just had to lie down in bed for the whole day to recover (remember I was only 9 stone, I was 11 before, and I had no food in my system or muscle so it'd affected me a lot more than usual). Fish occasionally affected me in a similar way (the mercury that's in tap water (i'm not sure if this is just due to the pipes or not) is also in the ocean due to pollution). The tiny amount of mercury that's used to filter water in brita water filters also affected me! Hello mineral water. I also found removing wheat, basically anything processed, non-orangic meat and dairy from my diet helped. This is also recommended if you'd got candida -- something mercury suffers quite often also suffer from.
I know of no way to work out if there's mercury in white fillings. But the general concensus is that there isn't any. When you get your fillings removed mercury seeps into the body again. It's your body's job to get rid of this and all the other mercury that's accumulated over the years. It takes a long while- but at our age our bodies will be in the best shape to deal with this. There's various things you can take to help, and pratically must take. Let's put it this way, since having my fillings replaced I've felt the best and the worst I've ever felt (since I was a small child probably).

Alex: Welcome. I have to agree with the others on this topic. So far as I've seen in my research, ALL amalgam fillings offgas mercury vapor. If you haven't already, reading my story may be helpful in making the decisions that face you: http://herballure.com/mmsI personally believe that everyone should have their amalgams removed but only by a dentist who does it with all safety precautions. This is vital. I lived with symptoms all my life, both physical AND emotional that I believed were "normal". Well, they're not, not at all. My amalgams are out. I have a new life and never new I could be this clear-minded and strong as a person. It's truly amazing. Please let us know how your search for answers goes and what you decide to do.

Thanks for the info guys. Ok I ordered Hal's book "It's all in your head". It's funny the other day I talked to my Dad about the fillings and he said that I shouldn't worry and that it's all in my head. I reaplied, "Yea you right the problem is indeed in my head and was in my head the whole time". The more I read about the mercury in the mouth the more absurd it seems to me for dentists to be doing this. If before putting those things in, they asked if the patient would like some fillings made with 50% mercury for the trade that they are more durable, then the most obvious answer would of always been "NO!" I have the X-Ray of my mouth and as I look at it now I see a filling shining like a jewel inside my head. Ofcourse this is the problem. How abnormal is that for a human to carry a mercury element 24/7? Also I think the really did affect me strongly for that metal thing is not only on top of my teeth but also covers the side going to the bottom of by gum and infact making contact with it! This is scary staff. I am 23 and could not figure out what the was wrong with me. Instead of gaining energy and vitality I was on the oppisite mode. How about feeling like an grandpa with no ambition what's so ever. Seriously I agree with Russ that this is one of the worst ever crimes commited against humanity. Thanks Russ for the truth.

Hi Alex'
Yeah- please check out Russ's testimony-- He got them all replaced at the same day and began chelating right after.
You can begin chelating out old mercury after your last filling is out. daily mercury vapor from all those years does lodge in your body-, especially your gum tissues and jaw.
I have white fillings in place of the 8 silver ones I had and have no bad effects. Some plastric composite fillings arent bad but the silver ones ALWAYS are.
P.S. My father also thinks mercury fillings are okay- and that Im paranoid for getting mine replaced. However, my father --who has about 8-10 mercury fillings in his mouth since childhood (h'es 67 now) has insomnia, has emotional issues and is so forgetful that he has been taking Gingko Biloba for about 10 years now.

Alex: You're welcome. Glad to help.
Evil is alive and well in the world and it comes in the form of people who vehemently defend the use of toxic substances in food, dentistry and water (fluoride).
Many great and famous crimes of history pale in comparison to what's being done to people in the name of healthcare in most "civilized" countries of the world right now.
Astounding and stranger than fiction, it is.
