So today I got my last filling replaced, however. When I got home and tjecked it out in the mirror I noticed two amalgam colored spots on the tooth, Id scraped and brushed on it, but it wont come off, it looks like its "in" the tooth. One of them is around 1mm in diameter, the other maybe only 0.5mm in dia, would such a small amount of mercury matter for a DMSA treatment?
Also, Im abit worried that though the other replaced teeth-filling looks allright, that there may be spots left under the plastic, since I've had them all replaced by the same dentist.
Its rather horrible going to the dentist for me, since I get bad anxiety there, and cant go there alone, cant go anywhere alone for that matter... And im sure my mom arent enjoying the trips that much either.
Im quite sure it arent discoloration, since both of the spots are on the plain tooth, and not in the cracks or uneven areas. So I dont supose anyone knows if its allright to start dmsa, even with a little bit amalgam left?

Normally you would not start DMSA until all amalgams were out, but other then the spots you are seeing, it seems you have them all removed.
I think it would be reasonable to contact the dentist who worked on those teeth and confirm that all of the amalgam was removed.
I have also heard of discoloring occurring from amalgam fillings, and perhaps that what you have.
As far as I know, it's OK to to DMSA if all amalgams are out, even if you have discoloration remaining.

I had the same thing. After a long while those amalgam stains were gone. I say start on the DMSA chelation. You might even need the chelation to get rid of the stains. I think this is amalgam that has been absorbed into the tooth and your body is trying to get rid of it. I think it took around a year after the amalgams were removed for me to get rid of this.

Thanks for the info, Russ and JK98 Will start up the dmsa on a really low dose, in a month or so. Think I will now officially allow myself to be overjoyed that the amalgams are gone. (Atleast untill suffering the horrible symptoms of detox...) The way out is through, sometimes.
