Do you experience any food cravings now you've had your fillings replaced?
I've been craving crisps (chips for the northern americans). Does salt help mercury removal? I've also been craving polo mints (i'm not sure if you get them in the US). I'm guessing that's due to the magnesium stearate.
I remember reading a detox book a while back which was saying your body knows when it's had enough of any vitamin, and so you should listen to what your body's telling you.

yes i did have cravings. and i found out why. i had candida after removal. so, i craved sweets, carbs...chocolate. i was feeding the candida and getting more and more muscle twiches and nervous. once i went on the anit-candida diet, it seemed to stop the cravings and all the other bad things. but it's not an overnite fix.

Can did you discover you had candida? I often get muscle twiches and I'm often quite nervous. [edit] I'll try this test tomorrow morning. (scroll down until you get to the picture of the glass of water)

Well, I did the test and it turns out I have candida. The glass was the same as the one in the diagram except my saliva sunk after about 15 minutes.
I know there's another thread about candida, but I've started so i'll finish...
So I'm going to exclude potatoes, crisps, chocolate, bread and fruit from my diet. I'll get all my vitamins from vegetables, and all my protein from yogurt and eggs. I'm going to do the odd enema as well. Any other tips? I'm unsure if I should buy any of those anti-candida products from my local herbal store...
Gee. I first rid myself of parasites, then clean my liver, then get my amalgams replaced and now I realise I've got candida... it seems the modern life we've made for ourselves doesn't fit well with our bodies.
p.s. I heard somewhere that candida actually soakes up mercury, as so it's actually quite good for people who've still got their amalgams.
