I see that lots of people have anxiety. I don't, but I do have anger. It pops up at the least expected time and for no good reason. I am thankful, that by the grace of God, I am able to control it and, most of the time, it doesn't show.

I actually experienced both anxiety and anger/irritability. I had extreme mood swings and would easily become angered or irritable on a daily basis. Just ask Russ...poor guy...he had to work with me all the years before I got my amalgams removed. Fortunately, once I got my amalgams out, these feelings almost entirely went away. That's not to say that I don't sometimes get angry or feel stressed, but the constant day in, day out, all the time feelings are gone. However, if I eat a little fish, even just a few ounces, I can feel an emotional and mental difference in about 30 minutes or so. That's if I don't take Algin before and after eating the fish. I'm really not kidding at all. One time, I forgot to take Algin before eating some fish and by the time dinner was over, I felt very irritable and agitated for no reason. The drive home was no picnic, that's for sure, but once I took some Algin, I started feeling better in about 15 minutes.
