The other night, I decided I was going to take my Chelating things at night- with a cup of this herbal tea that contains Senna.
I have been a bit constipated lately so figured this would be a good idea.
Well, during the following afternoon, my bowel movement was very smelly and completly black!
It's been since September 1st since i've been taking all these chelating things so far-- so maybe my colon was letting go of some mercury?
All I can say is- whatever the heck that was-- better out than in!!
P.S.- my after amalgam removal symptoms so far have been occasional dizzy spells, acne near my mouth, 2 colds and some muscle twitches-- very rarely but still worth mentioning.
Thank God for the Algin!

Senna is one of the first natural supplements I tried to alleviate issues related to mercury before I knew mercury was in amalgams. Needless to day, it's incredibly effective.

Yeah, it works awesome!
And what i also found that works with constipation is a tablespoon of Castor oil at night-- but you should use the all natural castor oil (hexane free)
Prunes or prune juice still works too, as well as 2-3 capsules of Cascara Sagrada herb at night with tea.
For me, I find that my colon empties out more when I eat alot of raw fruits and veggies-- and then some Probiotic drink, such as organic Kefir.
The symptoms I mentioned in my last post (even though they were rare) havent happened since I passed that black bowel movement. Now I am passing alot of dead parasites in my bowel movements (liver flukes, etc) which I feel were thriving with the mercury in deposts throughout my body. I seem to pass them more when I take the chelating supplements at night with the Senna Tea, rather than between my meals.
I'm finding with this chelating, that it seems even more important to keep the colon clean.
Happy to note that the dark circles under my eyes are much less darker than before, and the whites of my eyes continue to be very white (except when I got that cold).
thanks!

My stools been quite black recently as well (i'm chelating as well). It's also got small white lumps in it. I'm glad they're leaving my anyway. I've always had problems with my bowls (i was diagnoised with IBS).
Last summer I passed some parasites after eating a ridiculous amount of pumpkin seeds. I did a parasite clense aftwards (a la curezone) and nothing came out. I may do them (liver and parasite clense) after I'm feeling the positive benefits of having lower mercury levels as I'm thinking maybe my mercury levels made clensing difficult before.

I figured out what the whiteish lumps are. They're the same as the stones that came out of me when I did a liver flush.
I did three successful liver flushes last summer and got out around 70-100 stones. But I got nothing out on the fourth attempted, well around 10. But now they seems to leaving me on their own accord.
This is great. I long ago realised how vital a healthy liver is. I've been feeling better and better recently, after a week of feeing really quite ill.
As soon as I achieve some kind of stability in my health I'll start the coriander again to remove some more mecury, I'm currenly just on various vitamins and kelp tablets.

Actually, Steve, I just wrote a post on liver cleansing, wondering if it should be done before removal of amalgams. I have tried liver cleansing twice, without much success. so maybe mercury does impede a cleanse and maybe there will be more success if it is done after amalgam removal.

Hello All, Charcoal will cause black bowel movements, as charcoal itself is black and does not undergo any chemical color change on its journey thru the digestive tract. A note of caution about Charcoal - it absorb everything in it's path. So take it all by itself. It will be taking up all the other supplements you take with it. And you'll receive little to no benefit from your other supplements. Yes it's very good at absorbing gas, but again, take it all by itself. For instance, I have trouble with the bubbles in carbonated drinks, they make me hiccup badly, and then my body cannot pop the bubbles, they seem to travel thru the GI tract causing pain and pressure. Every once in a while (2-3 times a year) I'll get a craving for root beer or ginger ale, and I have to take charcoal with it. But it's worth it to me !! Joanne

Hi Joanne!
I hear ya -- just that even though I continue to take charcoal capsules with the chelating stuff, the bowel movements were only PiTCH Black that one day- and rather foul smelling and mucousy as well. Maybe it was actually Mucoid Plaque I got out.
It looked like it-- sausagy link looking and slimy.
They say that type of Mucoid plaque can have a foul smell too.
Whatever the case, my lower bowels sure felt relaxed and good after I eliminated it. Alot of dead parasites came out with it as well.
Since then , no more black bowel movements, and i'm still taking the 2 capsules of activated charcoal in the same fashion.
Would activated charcoal be bad to take with only chelating things like Chlorella and Algin? I don't take the Selenium/Magnesium, etc.mineral supplements when I take the chelating things.
I leave the mineral supplements for the next day and take the chelating stuff at night before bed.

On another note, my bowl movements are sinking now. They never used to do that before. Never.
