Any possible link between high fever and mercury detoxing? I have a bad infection and was put on antibiotics and had high fever all day yesterday which caused me to sweat immensly. I was wondering if too much sweating intesifies the detox process , mercury leaving the body through sweat, as I have some hyper sensitivity, feel dizzy and disorianted etc which were my usual mercury symptoms. Do antibiotics have any bad affects on mercury toxic people that you know of?

Come to think of it- I have read that sweating is one way the body rids the mercury. I think maybe your body is trying to rid it.
Take Selenium (raw nuts-especially Brazil Nuts or raw almonds) and eat raw apples every day. they will help in detoxifying but are extreemly gentle on the body too.
Also drink at least 8 glasses of water between meals a day- you MUST do this as mercury does also get emitted through the urine .
Keep the colon cleansed.
If your having less than 2 bowel movements a day- then the mercury cant be eliminated as effeciently through the colon.
What works for me is taking a "colon cleanse herbal supplement or psyllum husk with lots of water in the morning. By 2:30, im rushing to the bathroom and have to flush twice!
Also eating lots of raw fruits and veggies each day will make the colon push things out more too.
This will help you release more toxins- so that your body wont be forced to push them out through the pores.
Even so- at least they are going out of you somehow! and "Better out than in!"

I've also heard that sweating is a symptom of toxicity. I have this problem - sweat a lot. Because deodrants etc make me sick (aswell as their link to cancer which makes me worry about using them anyway) it's a problem for me.

Sweating could also be your body's way of fighting the infection - people with fever sweat a lot. I think it is a natural form of detox, but I might be wrong.
