Hi again!

Here is a list so far of health improvements I noticed since May 12th --when I got my first 2 out of 8 metal fillings replaced:

1- Used to talk fast- now have an easier time speaking more slowly for some reason.

2- Whites of eyes more clearer

3- Gums no longer receding

4- lower Teeth used to be slightly loose. Dentists used to worry about it and lectured me about flossing (which I always do) Now they no longer shift since the 6th filling was removed.

5- No more yeast infections!!!!

6- No more throat infections

7- Can breathe more deeply. Used to swear I had asthma, because I always wheezed when working out or hiking.

8- not as much social anxiety as before. Also not as paranoid or hyer sensitive- or defensive

9- No more headaches or migraines!!!


I will be updating this thread for more improvements that will happen since my last metal fillings were removed this September.

I went to Ruby Tuesday's restaurant yesterday for lunch and, as usual, I snuck in information to our server about mercury.

I was at lunch with Laura (my business partner) and the server, having seen us in there several times before said, "OK, so are you married or boy friend/girl friend?". We preceeded to tell her we are neither but that we are business partners. She asked what we do.

I proceeded to tell her about our business and the kinds of things we do and then, I added in about how we also work daily raising awareness about mercury poisoning from amalgam fillings and vaccines.

Her eyes grew to about the size of a big radish and then she began to squint. As I went on telling her about the dangers of mercury, she put on deeper and deeper faces of skepticism until finally she told us that her fiance is in school to be a physician's assistant and that she had never heard anything like this before and that the symptoms people are having who have vaccines and amalgam fillings must be something other than the mercury.

It never ceases to amaze me how people think they know something about a subject they know nothing about or "haven't ever heard of" before. They form opinions so quickly based on an emotional whim without ever looking into the matter. No wonder it's taking so long for this subject to be exposed (not to mention the controlled media).

Isnt it someting how the ADA has most of civilization blinded regarding mercury?

I know at work, I was telling one woman how getting the metal fillings out was the best thing I ever did- even she was skeptical and said, "if mercury fillings were really that bad, wouldnt you think everyone would be keeling over within weeks from having a filling? .How do you know that getting the fillings out will really make you feel better?

I told her that not everyone has the same symptoms --it all depends on your genetical weaknesses -- and mercury pushes you over the edge . And I said that you know it was worth getting them removed as you start noticing one by one all these health improvements in things you thought were normal signs of aging.

She didnt know how to answer that last part. People find it easier to listen to their dentists and the mainstream media, rather than go through the effort and expense to rid themselves of the mercury.

I honestly don't know how anyone can think putting a toxin in our teeth is anything but harmful! It's craziness. But, people will listen to what they want to listen to. All I say now in response to people who think I'm nuts about the amalgam causing problems "if you believe they are safe, you have them."

The question to ask, in my opinion, is not "are there any proven harmful effects", but "are there any studies to prove they are safe?" And the answer is no.

It's so important to research everything because doctors etc can not be relied on to tell people the truth. I am involved with pro-life, and it's amazing how readily people believe what they are told i.e. birth control pills can abort post conception by shedding the lining of the womb to prevent implantation. Doctors do not generally tell women this, only that they prevent ovulation. Birth control pills therefore are not just contraceptives, but also abortificients, and should be marketed as both contraceptives in that they can prevent conception, but also abortificient in that they can prevent implantaion after conception. Then people will argue that lots don't implant anyway etc, but as it's extremely difficult to know if conception has taken place before implantation, how can they know? Then there is the whole side effects of putting hormones into ones bodies. I swear that the reason so many women are moody these days is because of the pills, which most women are on. And, as they pump so much hormone into the body, who knows the effect this has on the baby.

Anyway, sorry for the rant, but this is another subject I feel strongly that people should be told all the facts.

No, it's good to speak out. If it's the truth, how can it be harmful? I'm learning as I read your post. That's good. I've never heard these things before.

Some people either don't want to know or don't want to upset people i.e. my post on this to a group once was rejected incase it upset women on the pill.

It's tough. I don't want to upset women, but if they don't know the truth, they can't make an informed decision.

It's amazing in the arena of pro-life how ignorant the general public are about the unborn child and believe everything they are told i.e there is no life pre-implantation. That is not correct. New life begins at conception - that is scientific fact - it starts to grow and develop immediately as it travels down to the womb and then implants.

Birth control pills work by

1. Preventing ovulation
2. Preventing conception if ovulation happens
3. Preventing implantation if conception occurs.

There is some dispute over when/if number 3 happens. some pills like the combined oral contraceptive pill are thought to be very good at preventing ovulation, so it's thought that IF implantation is prevented, it's very seldomly i.e once in eight years on the pill. Others like the mini-pill which do not reliably prevent conception can abort up to 40% of the time.

This happens by making the womb hostile to the zygote. Some manufacturers do state on the boxes that the pills can prevent implantation of a "fertilized egg". I don't know if all do. It isn't exactly a fertilized egg, though, as by the time it comes to the womb, it's developed into something else.

The same goes on with abortion. They often tell women it's "Product of conception" , where as by six weeks, when most abortions happen, the baby has a beating heart and limbs. Also they don't always talk of the risks, physical and mental.

Women who chose to end their pregnancies should be fully informed, but sadly that is often not the case.

first let me say- I hear ya Demi about the birth control pills. I stopped taking them cold turkey this year- I was on Depo Provera- and WOW did that ever give me bad side effects!! plus I was extreemly moody- so you are right about the hormones.

The birth control pills were not much better-but less drastic-- only they poisoned me slowly but surely.

I had to do 3 liver flushes after I quit taking them- and that made me lose the extra 10 -20 lbs on me.


Well regarding my detox-- here's what Im doing so far.- I take these all at once with a big glass of herbal tea or water in the morning:

1- Taking this capsule from life-flo called Metal-Detox daily (it contains Humifulvate, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Mobydenum, Selenium, Vanadium and Cobalt.

2- two capsules of Algin

3- two Activated Charcoal capsules (bought at Puritan's Pride on thier 'buy 1 get 2 free sale"

4- take 500 -1000 mg of Chinese Chlorella

5- 2 capsules of Nature's Way Butcher's Broom

6- 1 capsule of licorice root



Then at night- as Andy Cutler suggested on his post to me- I'm now making sure to supplement with extra magnesium and Selenium .

For my calcium-- I only take Coral Calcium with the other coral minerals. I dont take dead mineral calcium.

I also eat 2-3 raw apples daily, as well as get rawgarlic in me several times a week.

For breakfast I eat my home-made Muesli with organic raspberries, raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds, some raw almonds and brazil nuts thrown in-- then I pour in some first cold pressed olive oil and some genuine maple syrup (not that Corn Syrup imitation junk)

The nuts have selenium, and that helps detox.

I also take Kelp tablets with my suppers, and when I have salad, I cut up some vacuum packed sea-weed (the red stuff) which tastes nicely salty in the salad and goes good with Balsamic vineger! yummmm

So far, I have gotten a cold that I normally dont get-- and last week I got a facial rash all over my cheeks and eyes.
It was dry, inflamed and red- and i think it was temporary acne rosecea.

I took some colon cleansing herbal capsules- and got my colon cleaned out that way- drank lots more liquids, and used herbal ointments with lysine on the face, and this comfrey salve (Dr. Christopher's) and now the rosecea is gone.

I guess I will still get wierd symptoms as the mercury leaves my body over the next months. But I feel that getting the fillings out slowly over months two at a time helped my body recover in my case, and didnt hurt my meager pocket book!.

This was wise in my case since I didnt go to a holistic dentist to have them replaced. If I had, then I probably could have gotten them out all at one time.

So I am looking forward to when you folks start getting yours out-- and I know you will!
