I've decided, even though I hurt like the dickens when I've been off them, that its time I get off Relafen which has led to needing to be on ulcer medication. Is it normal to hurt worse for a while and does it get better once your body adjusts? Russ, any stuff through Nature's Sunshine for natural treatment of inflammation you recommend? I am going down hill and cannot do this to myself anymore. Need help. Thanks.

Thank you very much, Russ. How does the member cost work? I'm a distributor just so I can get it cheaper. I'll check out the site, more, but thank you for researching that! I know herbs are slower (and cost more not being covered with insurance) but I have to do something! I've been eating Kashi frozen meals for lunch at work, too, and just realized they have wheat! Wonder if the whole grains are as hard on the system (wheat is a problem with O blood types) than with flour. I know flour is worse overall..... Thought I was doing good till I just realized that! Gonna have to do all I can diet wise, too. I appreciate your help!

If you're a member, you can just purchase the products as member cost and save some money.
Herbs are often not slower. They can be shockingly effective and a lot safer than pharmaceuticals, but I'm sure you know that.
If you decide to give the supplements a try, please let us know how they work for you.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks Russ. I ordered them and should get them tomorrow. I'm down to one from two and my joints are aching but stomach feels better. I'll trade to the herbs when I get them. Started juicing yesterday with organic carrots, parsley, celery and apple yesterday, too, and hope to keep that up. (The 14 lb. bag of carrots taking up room in my fridge should encourage that = ) so may start detoxing a little.

hurt my knee doing ballet - it healed quickly. Then fell on my wrist holding out my knee. Didn't break but irritated the nerves. All this while getting off the anti-inflammatories and taking herbs and doing surprisingly well!! (Those injuries had nothing to do with the issues I was originally on them for, either).
